Czech and Slovak School & Community Manchester

Who We Are?

We are a charitable incorporated organisation providing Saturday lessons to Czech, Slovak, Czech-English and Slovak-English bilingual children living in Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire or Merseyside and social and recreational facilities and events involving the local Czech and Slovak community, promoting our language, traditions and culture.

We endeavour to bring traditional Czech and Slovak cultural and folklore happenings and customs to Manchester and introduce them to our children and parents alike. We believe that especially the children by experiencing the same traditions as their friends and cousins in the Czech republic and Slovakia they will be better at understanding the culture of their parents and will help them with extending their vocabulary in the Czech and Slovakian language.

The Czech and Slovak School & Community Manchester is a registered charity no 1170346.
